FOR HIS DOUBLE HEADER: TWO LONG-TERM LEASES
WITH GREEK XPRESS IN PLAINVIEW AND FRANKLIN SQUARE, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (August 14, 2019) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce that Justin Breslin (Second Year Hofstra law student and grandson of Wilbur F. Breslin, Chairman of the Board of Breslin Realty) has brokered two long-term leases with Greek Xpress.

Greek Xpress will be occupying approximately 1,738 square feet in the Woodbury Plaza Shopping Center, Plainview, NY and approximately 1,420 square feet in the Franklin Plaza Shopping Center, Franklin Square, NY.

Justin Breslin, still in his first year in commercial real estate, represented the tenant in both transactions. Robert Delavale of Breslin Realty represented each of the landlords.

Greek Xpress is a fast casual, quick service restaurant, with dine-in, take-out, and delivery options. Specializing in Gyro, Pork and Chicken Souvlaki, Salads, Grilled Octopus, Smoothies, and their 7 oz Bifteki Burgers, as well as traditional Greek desserts such as Baklava & Galaktoboureko, Greek Xpress are currently operating 4 locations across Brooklyn & Long Island. These will be their fifth and sixth Greek Xpress restaurants.

Additional Woodbury Plaza retail includes Trader Joe’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, CVS Pharmacy, GAP, GAP Kids, Banana Republic, Victoria’s Secret, Men’s Wearhouse, Bath & Body Works, Ann Taylor Loft, Optix, Cosi, Cactus Salon, and Huntington Learning Center.

Additional Franklin Plaza retail includes King Kullen, Rite Aid, Baskin Robbins, and more.
