Robert Delavale of Breslin Realty Honored by CoStar as Top Retail Power Broker of 2022

GARDEN CITY, NY (March 9, 2023) – Our very own Robert Delavale has been named one of five Top Retail Leasing Brokers in the Long Island Market, in CoStar’s 2022 Power Broker Awards.

The CoStar Power Broker Awards recognize and celebrate commercial real estate’s top brokers and firms in the United States and Canada. CoStar verifies and analyzes thousands of deals submitted to identify winners in each market (based on cumulative deals; SF and PSF) and to be recognized among the industry’s elite.

In 2022, Mr. Delavale (VP, Leasing) represented Breslin Realty on such deals as a 12,500 SF Trader Joe’s in Yorktown, a 20,000 SF Holiday Farms in Franklin Square, 24,000 SF TJ Maxx in Plainview, and a 38,000 SF Christmas Tree Shops in Bohemia. In addition, he has also been involved in transactions with the following tenants this past year: Harbor Freight Tools, Advance Auto Parts, Skechers, MyDoc Urgent Care, Rock Box Fitness, F45 Training, Boot Barn, Noodles & Co, Texas Chicken & Burgers, and Love City Vet.
