GRAND OPENING: The French Workshop Now Open in Wantagh, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (February 22, 2023) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the recent grand opening of The French Workshop at 1187 Wantagh Avenue, Wantagh, NY.

On February 17th, The French Workshop officially opened the doors of their new 3,750 square foot store in the Willow Wood Shopping Center.

The French Workshop is an artisan bakery & café with a menu consisting of pastries, breads, macarons, cakes, pies, brownies, coffee, sandwiches, and more. This is their fourth location, with other successful locations in Plainview, NY, Garden City, NY and Bayside, NY.

Cary Fabrikant of Breslin Realty represented the tenant in the transaction. Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization represented the landlord.
