LEASE SIGNING: Harbor Freight Coming Soon to Sayville Plaza

GARDEN CITY, NY (June 13, 2022) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long-term lease with Harbor Freight Tools at 5185 Sunrise Highway, Bohemia, NY.

Harbor Freight will be occupying approximately 20,000 square feet in the Sayville Plaza shopping center.

Harbor Freight is a tool and equipment retailer with over 1,200 locations nationwide. They are one of several exciting new tenants coming to Sayville Plaza in 2022, including the recently signed F45 Fitness, which will be opening later this year.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Additional Sayville Plaza retail includes Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Panera Bread, Jennifer Furniture, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sprint, Floor & Décor, At Home, and Aldi.
