Patch: Major Renovations Completed At Franklin Square Shopping Center

FRANKLIN SQUARE, NY — Changes have come to the shopping center in Frankin Square.

Renovations have been completed at Franklin Plaza, located on New Hyde Park Road, Breslin Realty announced.

The strip mall, anchored by Long Island-based supermarket Holiday Farms, opened in October 2022.

Approximately 460 linear feet of facade frontage have been overhauled, the largest improvement at the shopping center since it was built in 1970.

In Sept., physical therapists Ivy Rehab had their grand opening. They join Olivetto Pizza & Restaurant, Baskin Robbins, Greek Xpress, Insight Hair Salon, New Generation Karate and Memory Nail Spa.

Another 10,000 square feet is available to lease, in a space that was formerly occupied by Rite Aid, Breslin Realty said.
