Patch: Christmas Tree Shops Location To Come To Bohemia

BOHEMIA, NY — Christmas is coming early to Bohemia this year.

Real estate company Breslin Realty announced on Tuesday that Christmas Tree Shops signed a long-term lease at Sayville Plaza, a news release said.

The store, which will be located at 5181 Sunrise Highway in Bohemia, will have about 38,000 square feet.

Christmas Tree Shops is a department chain for housewares, furniture, year-round seasonal decor, party goods, and food and drinks.

The chain is one of several new tenants coming to the Sayville Plaza in the near future, including F45 Fitness, which will be opening later this year, the release said.

This will be Christmas Tree Shops’ third location on Long Island, in addition to its Deer Park and Riverhead stores.
