NYREJ: Delavale of Breslin signs Suly’s Smoothies to 2,760 s/f at Tiana Plaza shopping center in Hampton Bays

Hampton Bays, NY Breslin Realty has completed the signing of a long term lease with Suly’s Smoothies Cafe at 252 W. Montauk Hwy.

Suly’s Smoothies will be occupying 2,760 s/f next to a new proposed Domino’s Pizza in the Tiana Plaza shopping center.

Suly’s Smoothies is a healthy café offering farm fresh organic smoothies and other gourmet items such as acai bowls, cold pressed juices, and snack meals made to order.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.

Additional Tiana Plaza retail includes Wild by Nature, Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, HSBC, Ming Garden Chinese Food, Hampton Bays Bagels, and Cork N’ Jug Wines & Liquors.
