GARDEN CITY, NY (October 30, 2024) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the grand opening of Michaels at 410 S Oyster Bay Road, Hicksville, NY.

Michaels is now open and occupying 20,000 square feet at the newly renovated Woodbury Shopping Center. Michaels signed long term lease at this location last year, taking over the remaining space that was vacated by TJ Maxx.

Michaels sells arts and crafts & hobby supplies, as well as home décor. They are North America’s largest providers of arts, crafts, framing, floral and wall décor, and merchandise for do-it-yourself home decorators. There are over 1,200 Michaels stores throughout the United States and Canada.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Five Below also recently opened at Woodbury Shopping Center, joining retailers such as Staples, Bagel Boss, Walgreens, M&T Bank, Pasta-eria Italian Restaurant, Woodbury Kosher Meats, American Dry Cleaners, Michael’s Barber, Emma’s Nails, Lovely Card & Gift Shop, Park’s Happy Farm, and Leung How Kitchen.
