LongIsland.com: Panera Bread Announces Lease Signing in Islandia, NY

Panera Bread has announced that they have signed a long-term lease for a new location at 1900 Veterans Memorial Highway, Islandia, NY.

Panera Bread will be occupying approximately 3,500 square feet in the upcoming retail development adjacent to Walgreens on NY-454.

Panera Bread, a popular bakery-café chain with over 2,000 locations across the United States and Canada, has recently expanded its menu to include new soups, salads, sandwiches, and signature mac & cheese bowls, offering greater value to its guests.

The lease agreement was arranged and negotiated by Robert Delavale of Breslin Realty on behalf of the landlord.
