LongIsland.com: Five Below Coming to Hicksville, Occupying Part of Space Vacated by TJ Maxx

Breslin Realty said that Five Below, the discount retailer, just signed a long-term lease at 410 South Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville. The store will occupy a 10,500-sq-ft space in the Woodbury Shopping Center, taking over part of the area vacated by TJ Maxx when the store moved across the street into Woodbury Plaza.

There are over 1,100 Five Below stores nationwide.

Five below joins many other chains in the Woodbury Shopping Center like Staples, Bagel Boss, Walgreens and M&T Bank.

Breslin says that there is still about 20,000 square feet available at Woodbury Shopping Center.
