1415 Kellum Place, Garden City

Elecnor Hawkeye, a provider of energy and telecommunications infrastructure solutions, leased 21,562 square feet of office space at 1415 Kellum Place in Garden City. The company plans to use the space as its new corporate headquarters, according to a broker on the deal. Richard MacDougall of Breslin Realty represented the tenant, while John LaRuffa of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, AAA Northeast, in the lease transaction.
