252 W. Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays

Familia Bakery leased about 2,700 square feet of retail space in the Tiana Plaza shopping center at 252 W. Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays. This will be the bakery’s third location, with its other stores currently operating in Patchogue and Central Islip. Cary Fabrikant of Breslin Realty represented the tenant, while Robert Delavale served as in-house representative for landlord, Breslin Organization, in the lease transaction.
