LIBN: Holiday Farms opens in Franklin Square
The Long Island-based supermarket chain and caterer opened the 20,000-square-foot store in the Franklin Square Shopping Center at 206 New Hyde Park Road.
The space was formerly occupied by King Kullen, which was a tenant at the Franklin Square center for 48 years but closed this summer.
This will be Holiday Farms sixth location, with its other stores operating in Roslyn, Glen Head, Bayside, Woodbury, and Locust Valley, where it is called Locust Valley Market.
Holiday Farms joins the Franklin Square Shopping Center tenant roster which includes Rite Aid, Greek Xpress, Baskin Robbins, Memory Nails, Insight Hair Salon, New Generation Karate, and Olivetto Pizzeria.
The center currently has a 2,200-square-foot space next to Holiday Farms available to lease.
Cary Fabrikant of Breslin Realty represented Holiday Farms, while Robert Delavale served as the in-house representative of landlord the Breslin Organization in the Franklin Square lease transaction.
