LIBN: Domino’s to replace Radio Shack in Hampton Bays

A new Domino’s Pizza will be opening in Hampton Bays.

Domino’s signed a long-term lease for a 1,500-square-foot store in the Tiana Plaza shopping center on West Montauk Highway. The space was last occupied by Radio Shack.

The pizza chain, which has more 11,000 stores worldwide, joins existing tenants at the Breslin Organization-owned center that include Wild by Nature Market, Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, Moe’s Southwest Grill and HSBC bank, among others.

Once approvals and building permits are secured, construction will begin on the new Hampton Bays Domino’s, which will likely open in about six months.

Breslin’s Robert Delavale and Melissa Naeder of Sabre Real Estate Group negotiated the Domino’s lease for the landlord, while Dennis Gandley of Douglas Elliman Commercial represented the tenant.
