LIBN: Breslin completes renovations at Franklin Plaza

A renovation project has been completed at a Franklin Square shopping center. 

The project renovated about 460 feet of façade frontage at Franklin Plaza, a 45,055-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 166-206 New Hyde Park Road owned by Breslin Realty Development Corp. 

The upgrade, completed last month, was the largest improvement project at the retail center since it was built in 1970, according to a company statement. 

Franklin Plaza is anchored by a Holiday Farms supermarket. Other tenants include Olivetto Pizza & Restaurant, Baskin Robbins, Greek Xpress, Insight Hair Salon, New Generation Karate, Memory Nail Spa and Ivy Rehab. 

The shopping center currently has 10,291 square feet available to lease, a space that was formerly occupied by Rite Aid.
