LIBN: Bolla Market opens in Seaford

A new Bolla Market gas station and convenience store has opened in Seaford.

The 4,500-square-foot Bolla convenience store, which opened on July 10, is on about 1.1 acres at 4030 Merrick Road.

The Bolla Market offers organic coffee, gourmet deli, fresh-baked pastries and an array of snacks and fresh fruit. It also serves food and coffee items from affiliated partners Pizza Hut, Red Mango and Tim Hortons.

Russel Helbling of Sabre Real Estate Group represented the tenant, while Robert Delavale was the in-house representative for landlord Breslin Organization in the lease transaction.
