LIBN: Bakery and bike shop coming to Woodbury Plaza

The French Workshop bakery and Trek Bicycles will soon be opening at Woodbury Plaza in Plainview.

The French Workshop, which leased 3,840 square feet at the shopping center, is an artisan bakery and café with a menu of pastries, breads, macarons, cakes, pies, brownies, and coffee. This will be their third location, following stores in Bayside and Garden City.

Trek Bicycles, a cycling retailer and manufacturer, leased 3,160 square feet at the shopping center, and will sell Trek-brand bicycles and accessories, with a full-service center for bike repair and maintenance.

Cary Fabrikant of Breslin Realty represented The French Workshop, while Robert Delavale served as in-house representative for landlord Breslin Organization in the lease transactions.
