LIBN: Auto dealership buys Farmingdale truck center site

Town & Country Jeep Chrysler Dodge has purchased a 1.7-acre property in Farmingdale for $1.935 million.

The property at 1104 Route 109 was owned by SAV Truck Center, which had sold used trucks and performed repairs there.

Town & Country operates a dealership and service center in Levittown.

Bill de Seve of the Breslin Organization represented the buyer, while Dennis McCoy of NAI Long Island represented the seller, SAV Properties, in the sales transaction.
