LIBN: Advance Auto Parts replacing Mandee in Levittown

Advance Auto Parts will be opening a new store in Levittown. 

The auto parts retailer leased a 7,000-square-foot retail space in the Levittown Mews Shopping Center at 3371-3373 Hempstead Turnpike. 

The space was formerly occupied by apparel retailer Mandee, which closed its Levittown location earlier this year. 

Advance joins the growing tenant roster at Levittown Mews that includes Walmart Neighborhood Market, Ulta, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Lane Bryant, European Wax Center, Leslie’s Swimming Pools, Jovia Financial Credit Union, H&R Block, Sexy Crab Cajun Seafood & Bar, and Rock Box Fitness. 

The center currently has a 3,200-square-foot space and a 1,500-square-foot space available to lease. 

Marvin Hartman of Pliskin Realty & Development represented the tenant, while Robert Delavale served as in-house representative for landlord Breslin Organization in the lease transaction.
