GARDEN CITY, NY (December 10, 2018) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the recent long-term lease signing of Club Pilates at Willow Wood Shoppes in Wantagh, NY.

Club Pilates will be occupying 1,500 square feet of the shopping center, located at the Northeast corner of Jerusalem Avenue & Wantagh Avenue in Wantagh.

Club Pilates offers group pilates workout classes for all levels of fitness, as well as private training. There are currently 436 active Club Pilates studios nationwide, with over 600 more scheduled to open.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.

Additional Willow Wood Shoppes retail includes Petco, Jani Restaurant, Stewart’s Restaurant, NEFCU, Pro Health Urgent Care, Weight Watchers, Stand-Up MRI, Supercuts, Starbucks, Sterling National Bank, and more.
