LEASE SIGNING: Uncle Giuseppe’s in Bohemia, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (March 24, 2025) – Breslin Realty is excited to announce the signing of a long-term lease with Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace at the Sayville Plaza shopping center in Bohemia, NY.

Uncle Giuseppe’s will be occupying approximately 39,000 square feet in Sayville Plaza, located at 5181 Sunrise Highway.

Uncle Giuseppe’s is a Long Island-based Italian grocery market featuring a wide assortment of specialty departments such as a meat department with a selection of steaks, poultry, roasts, and Italian sausage made daily, a deli counter with dozens of dishes made using traditional Italian recipes, a produce department with a large variety of domestic, imported, local, and organic fruits and vegetables, and a seafood department with live lobsters and freshly caught seafood. Uncle Giuseppe’s also includes standout departments dedicated to items such as Italian baked goods, cheeses, candy, and pasta.

There are currently 11 Uncle Giuseppe’s stores in operation, across Long Island, New Jersey, and Yorktown Heights, NY.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
