LEASE SIGNING: Springboard Incubators, Inc. Coming Soon to Garden City

GARDEN CITY, NY (February 20, 2023) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long-term lease with Springboard Incubators, Inc in Garden City, NY.

Springboard Incubators will be occupying approximately 1,550 square feet in the office building located at 500 Old Country Road.

Springboard Incubators provides educational courses and workshops that teach robotics, coding, data science, machine learning/AI, cybersecurity, and digital literacy. They work with school districts, universities, community-based organizations, and local municipalities to “bridge the digital & knowledge divide and create pathways to success in careers, education, and the workforce”.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.
