GARDEN CITY, NY (February 18, 2021) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce a short term lease signing with Spirit Halloween at 5185 Sunrise Highway, Bohemia, NY.

Spirit Halloween will be opening for the upcoming Halloween season, and will be occupying approximately 19,000 square feet of the Sayville Plaza shopping center.

Spirit Halloween is a seasonal retailer that supplies Halloween costumes, decorations, props, accessories, and makeup. They operate over one thousand locations across the United States and Canada.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.

Additional Sayville Plaza retail includes Old Navy, Panera Bread, Sprint, Chipotle, GoHealth Urgent Care, The Vitamin Shoppe, and coming soon: Jennifer Furniture.
