LEASE SIGNING: MyDoc Urgent Care is Coming to Hempstead, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (September 19, 2022) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long-term lease with MyDoc Urgent Care at 166-168 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead, NY.

MyDoc will be occupying approximately 3,300 square feet in the The Hub shopping center.

MyDoc Urgent Care is an outpatient care facility, and a “one-stop-shop” for any medical emergency. X-rays, IV fluids, blood tests, drug tests, and EKGs are also available on-site.

This will be the medical provider’s fifth location, with offices currently operating in East Meadow, The Bronx, Brooklyn, and Forest Hills.
The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Additional Hub retail includes Home Depot, Stop & Shop, Old Navy, Chuck E Cheese, Five Below, Burger King, AT&T, GNC, Bethpage Federal Credit Union, Chase Bank, T-Mobile, A&M Discount Furniture Gallery, and Danice clothing store.
