GARDEN CITY, NY (Sept. 23, 2016) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long term lease with Masters Touch Custom Interior, for 4,000 square feet of The Center at Middle Island at 10 Middle Country Road in Middle Island, New York.

Masters Touch Custom Interior has been in business for over 20 years, and specializes in automobile, boat, and motorcycle upholstery. They are expanding from their successful store at 191 Middle Country Road in Middle Island.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.
