LEASE SIGNING: Jennifer Furniture in Bohemia, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (February 16, 2021) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a lease with Jennifer Furniture at 5187 Sunrise Highway, Bohemia, NY.

Jennifer Furniture will be occupying approximately 10,000 square feet of the Sayville Plaza shopping center.

Jennifer Furniture is a Long Island based home furnishings store and showroom, selling beds, sofas, recliners, dressers, chairs, dining sets, rugs, home accessories, and more from designer brands.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.

Additional Sayville Plaza retail includes Old Navy, Panera Bread, Sprint, Chipotle, GoHealth Urgent Care, and The Vitamin Shoppe.
