LEASE SIGNING: Domino’s in Hampton Bays, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (Jan. 6, 2017) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long term lease with Domino’s Pizza at Tiana Plaza in Hampton Bays, New York.

Domino’s Pizza will occupy 1,500 Square Feet of the shopping center, in a space formerly occupied by Radio Shack.

Domino’s is the second-largest franchised pizza chain in the world, with more than 11,000 stores worldwide.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.

Additional retail at Tiana Plaza includes Wild by Nature Market, Dollar Tree, a newly expanded Planet Fitness, Moe’s Southwest Grill, HSBC, and more.
