GARDEN CITY, NY (September 28, 2017) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long term lease with Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters at Whitman Plaza in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters will occupy 3,421 square feet of space at Whitman Plaza. The tenant currently operates seven other state of the art dental facilities.

Cavity Busters is one of the largest children’s dental practices in Pennsylvania, serving infants, children, teens, and children with special health care needs. They provide an environment purposely designed for children that includes prizes, arcade games, and flat screen tv’s, throughout each location.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
