GRAND OPENING: Starbucks in Islandia, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (Aug. 24, 2015) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the Grand Opening of Starbucks in Islandia, New York.

The store is located at the North West corner of the Long Island Expressway North Service Road (Exit 58), and Old Nichols Road, in the building formerly occupied by Hooters.

Starbucks is occupying 1,860 Square Feet of the 7,773 Square Foot building, with additional spaces still available to lease.

Wilbur F. Breslin and Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization arranged and negotiated the transaction for the landlord, as well as negotiated the drive-thru approvals with the Village of Islandia.
