GRAND OPENING: Just Salad is Now Open in East Meadow, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (August 12, 2025) – Breslin Realty is pleased to announce the recent grand opening of Just Salad at 2411 Hempstead Tpke, East Meadow, NY.

Occupying a 2,500-square-foot space at Clearmeadow Plaza, Just Salad brings its signature fresh, customizable salads, wraps, and warm bowls to East Meadow.

Just Salad is a quick-service restaurant chain with over 80 locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. Just Salad is also home to the world’s largest restaurant reusable program and the first U.S. restaurant chain to carbon label its menu and offer a Climatarian menu category.

The lease transaction was arranged and negotiated on behalf of the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.
