GARDEN CITY, NY (January 8, 2024) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the recent grand opening of Five Below at 410 S Oyster Bay Road, Hicksville, NY.

Five Below now occupies approximately 10,500 square feet of the Woodbury Shopping Center, taking over part of the space that was vacated when TJ Maxx relocated across the street to Woodbury Plaza.

Five Below is a chain of specialty discount stores that sell products for less than $5, plus a small assortment of products from $6 to $25. There are over 1,100 Five Below stores nationwide.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Woodbury Shopping Center is home to a variety of additional retail establishments, including Staples, Bagel Boss, Walgreens, M&T Bank, Pasta-eria Italian Restaurant, Woodbury Kosher Meats, American Dry Cleaners, Michael’s Barber, Emma’s Nails, Lovely Card & Gift Shop, Park’s Happy Farm, Leung How Kitchen, and coming soon: Michaels.
