GRAND OPENING: Chipotle Yorktown Heights, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (July 8, 2024) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce that Chipotle Mexican Grill has recently opened at 3180 Crompond Road, Yorktown Heights, NY.

Chipotle now occupies approximately 2,300 square feet, featuring a drive-through, at the new Lowe’s shopping center located at the northwest corner of the Taconic State Parkway and Route 202 intersection.

Chipotle, a renowned fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain, offers a menu of burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads across its more than 3,200 locations worldwide.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Additional retailers at the shopping center include Lowe’s Home Improvement, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, Slice Pizzeria, and AAA.
