Chipotle is occupying space in a newly expanded pad in the shopping center located at the northwest corner of Sunrise Highway (NY-27) and Johnson Avenue.

Chipotle is a chain of fast casual Mexican restaurants specializing in tacos and burritos, with over 2,000 locations internationally.

Additional retail at Sayville Plaza includes: Bed Bath & Beyond, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Pier 1 Imports, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chase Bank, Sprint, Panera Bread, and a newly opened GoHealth Urgent Care.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
