BRESLIN REALTY ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING OF BOLLA MARKET IN SEAFORD, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (July 17, 2020) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the recent Grand Opening of Bolla Market at 4030 Merrick Road in Seaford, NY, which opened for business on July 10^th.

Bolla Market is a gas station and convenience store owned by Bolla Oil Corp, which offers organic coffee, gourmet deli, fresh baked pastries and an array of snacks and fresh fruit. This newly constructed Seaford location also serves food and coffee items from affiliated partners Pizza Hut, Red Mango, and Tim Hortons. The fuel is provided by Shell.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization. Russel Helbling of Sabre Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
