Breslin Realty Welcomes Anthony Russo to the Sales Team

GARDEN CITY, NY (November 6, 2024) – Breslin Realty, a leader in commercial real estate for over 70 years, is pleased to announce the addition of Anthony Russo to our team as our new Managing Director of Retail Services.

Earlier this month, Russo joined our expert sales team where he will be responsible for representing both tenants, and landlords. Anthony brings to Breslin 25 years of diverse commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Breslin, Anthony spent 4 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as Executive Director of Retail.

Russo has represented and closed deals with a multitude of both national and regional retailers such as Walgreens, Mavis Discount Tires, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Restoration Hardware Outlet, Arby’s, Popeyes, Jovia Financial Credit Union, Iavarone Bros Gourmet Foods, and Umberto’s of New Hyde Park.

Currently, Russo is representing and closing deals on behalf of Taco Bell Corporate, European Wax Center, Crumbl Cookies, and most recently, Tony’s Tacos, a fast-growing Long Island-based restaurant who Anthony represents exclusively.

Russo is an active member of ICSC, LIREG and CIBS and will be representing Breslin at both upcoming ICSC events in New York and Las Vegas.
