GARDEN CITY, NY (Feb. 5, 2016) – Wilbur F. Breslin, President, Breslin Realty Development Corp. is pleased to announce the following promotions and corporate changes in 2016:

• Wilbur F. Breslin has been re-elected Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors
• Kenneth Breslin has been elected President and appointed to the Board of Directors
• Beth Alderman remains an Executive Vice President and has been appointed to the Board of Directors
• Karen Hess has been elected Vice President and has been appointed to the Board of Directors
• Robert J. Delavale has been promoted to Vice President (Leasing)
• Robert Rosenberg has been promoted to Vice President (Development, Construction and Property Management)
• William Last has been re-elected to Chief Financial Officer
• Laura Valerio has been promoted to Corporate Treasurer
