ANNOUNCEMENT: Breslin Realty Completes Major Renovation at Franklin Plaza

GARDEN CITY, NY (January 30, 2024) – Breslin Realty is proud to reveal the recent renovations of neighborhood shopping center Franklin Plaza, at 166-206 New Hyde Park Road, Franklin Square, NY.

Approximately 460 lineal feet of façade frontage have been renovated at Franklin Plaza, owned by Breslin Realty Development Corp. The upgrades, which were completed in December 2023, are the largest improvement of the shopping center since it was built in 1970.

Franklin Plaza is the area’s only neighborhood strip center, and it is anchored by Long Island-based supermarket Holiday Farms, which recently opened in October of 2022.

In September of 2023, physical therapists Ivy Rehab had their grand opening at Franklin Plaza. They join successful long-term tenants such as Olivetto Pizza & Restaurant, Baskin Robbins, Greek Xpress, Insight Hair Salon, New Generation Karate, and Memory Nail Spa.
