MAREJ: Breslin announces 1,800 s/f lease in NY

BALDWIN, NY — Breslin Realty announced the signing of a long term lease with Verizon Wireless at Baldwin Harbor Shopping Center in Baldwin, NY.

Verizon Wireless will occupy 1,800 s/f of the 82,000 s/f center, which is located on the north east corner of Atlantic Ave. & Grand Blvd.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.
Other tenants at Baldwin Harbor include Stop & Shop, CVS, GameStop and Chase Bank. Ace Hardware is opening soon.
