LEASE SIGNING: Jersey Mike’s Subs in East Meadow, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (Aug. 11, 2016) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long term lease with Jersey Mike’s Subs in East Meadow, located at the south east corner of Hempstead Turnpike & Newbridge Road.

Jersey Mike’s Subs will occupy 1,500 square feet of the 10,000 square foot building, next to Walgreens.

Jersey Mike’s Subs is a submarine sandwich shop with over 1,000 locations open, and in development across the United States.
