LEASE SIGNING: Dairy Queen in East Northport, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (Mar. 29, 2017) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce that they have arranged the signing of a long term lease with Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Restaurant, and landlord Kimco Realty, at 4005 Jericho Turnpike in East Northport, NY.

Dairy Queen’s new East Northport restaurant will be approximately 3,500 Square Feet, which is expected to hold up to 70 seats. The building is newly constructed, and will have over 125 parking spaces.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a chain of soft serve ice cream and fast food restaurants, with over 6,700 locations in the United States, Canada, and 20 foreign countries.

In 2013, the Breslin organization negotiated deals in Massapequa and Levittown for the first new Dairy Queen locations on Long Island since the 1970’s. In 2015, Breslin arranged a third deal to open DQ location in Huntington, NY, and arranged a fourth location in Medford, NY that will be opening in 2017.

The new East Northport restaurant will be Dairy Queen’s fifth Long Island location, with plans to bring up to 20 new stores to the Long Island market over the next ten years.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated by Charles Navarro of the Breslin Organization. Breslin Realty also arranged financing for Dairy Queen.
