Yorktown News: New Starbucks to open This Month in Yorktown

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – Starbucks, located at 3228 Crompond Road near Lowe’s, is scheduled to open in Yorktown on Friday, Jan. 22, a town official told Yorktown News.*

The shopping center’s owner, Breslin Realty, had previously announced a Jan. 8 opening date. However, at the time of that announcement, Breslin was still working with the town to obtain the necessary certificate of occupancy.

The 2,016-square-foot Starbucks, which will have a drive-thru, will occupy a newly constructed building on the shopping center’s front and center parcel. Two other tenants are slated to occupy that building: AAA and Slice Pizza.

To the west of Starbucks will be a 12,500-square-foot grocer, which was recently approved by Yorktown’s Planning Board.

A pad site on the easternmost part of the property, which can be developed up to 2,908-square-feet, is also available.
