LEASE SIGNING: The Coffee Lobby Coming Soon to The Langdon in Lynbrook, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (November 17, 2025) – Breslin Realty is pleased to announce the signing of a long-term lease with The Coffee Lobby at The Langdon, a mixed-use luxury apartment building that opened earlier this year at 1 Langdon Place in Lynbrook, NY.

The lease was negotiated on behalf of the tenant by Anthony Russo of the Breslin organization, and on behalf of the landlord by Justin Breslin of the Breslin organization.

The Coffee Lobby will occupy approximately 1,800 square feet on the ground floor of The Langdon, in the heart of downtown Lynbrook, directly across from the Long Island Rail Road station.

The Coffee Lobby is a new, sophisticated café concept from Peter Kambitsis; owner and operator of several successful local eateries, such as Sugarberry Bakery in Rockville Centre, New York Bakery Café in Astoria, Pappa Gallo in Rockville Centre, and Mojo restaurants in both Rockville Centre and Forest Hills. Kambitsis’ latest venture will serve premium coffee, pastries, and light fare in a warm, community-focused environment with indoor seating as well as a modern outdoor dining patio in the warmer months.

The ground-floor retail space was designed to complement the revitalization of Lynbrook’s downtown, offering high visibility and convenient commuter access.
