REW: All Greek to Breslin rookie as fast casual restaurant chain inks two deals

Breslin Realty announced that Justin Breslin has brokered two long-term leases with Greek Xpress.

Greek Xpress will occupy 1,738 square feet in the Woodbury Plaza Shopping Center, Plainview, NY and approximately 1,420 s/f in the Franklin Plaza Shopping Center, Franklin Square, NY.

Breslin, still in his first year in commercial real estate, represented the tenant in both transactions. Robert Delavale of Breslin Realty represented each of the landlords.

Greek Xpress is a fast casual, quick service restaurant, specializing in Gyro, Bifteki Burgers and traditional Greek desserts. It currenlty operates four locations across Brooklyn & Long Island.

Additional Woodbury Plaza retail includes Trader Joe’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ann Taylor Loft, and Huntington Learning Center.

Additional Franklin Plaza retail includes King Kullen, Rite Aid, Baskin Robbins, and more.

There is currently 3,500 s/f of retail space with a drive-thru available at Woodbury Plaza, and there is currently up to 1,300 s/f of retail space available at Franklin Plaza.
