Patch: New Uncle Giuseppe’s Location Celebrates Grand Opening Friday

BOHEMIA, NY — Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace is having a grand opening for its new Bohemia location on Friday.

The family-owned grocer currently has seven locations across Long Island, and will be adding three more in the following locations: Bohemia, Greenvale, and Levittown.

There will be a ribbon-cutting event and samples of a 900-pound provolone at the event.

Long Island food bank, Island Harvest Food Bank, will also be at the event to accept Uncle Giuseppe’s donation of 200 Thanksgiving turkeys.

President of Uncle Giuseppe’s Mike Nelson said they will also be hosting monthly hiring events.

“We’re looking for future store leaders,” he said.
