NYREJ: Trader Joe’s celebrates new Long Island location in Miller Place

Miller Place, NY Robert Delavale of Breslin Realty arranged and negotiated for the landlord of a development site at 300 Rte. 25A.

Trader Joe’s newest Long Island store is a newly constructed 13,500 s/f building located at 300 Rte. 25A.

The store opened to shoppers in February and held an official ribbon-cutting ceremony with Town of Brookhaven officials on February 16^th.

Breslin Realty has a long history with Trader Joe’s through leasing or building all of their Long Island locations as well as their store in Yorktown Heights. Miller Place marks the company’s eighth market on Long Island.
