LIBN: Just Salad opens in East Meadow

Fast-casual restaurant chain Just Salad has opened in East Meadow.

The chain, which offers customizable salads, wraps, and warm bowls, opened a 2,500-square-foot eatery in the Clearmeadow Plaza shopping center at 2411 Hempstead Turnpike. The space was formerly occupied by an AT&T store.

The East Meadow Just Salad is the company’s eighth on Long Island, following others in Plainview, Port Washington, Commack, Oceanside, Westbury, Huntington Station and Hauppauge.

Just Salad joins the Clearmeadow Plaza tenant roster that includes Walmart, Stop & Shop, CVS Pharmacy, Bank of America, Chase Bank, AAA, and Mama Theresa’s.

Just Salad now has more than 80 locations throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.

Adam Bass and Eric Gillman of CBRE represented Just Salad, while Robert Delavale served as in-house representative for the landlord, Breslin Organization, in the East Meadow lease transaction.
