LIBN: Holiday Farms replacing King Kullen in Franklin Square

Holiday Farms Supermarket will be taking the place of King Kullen in Franklin Square. 

Holiday Farms signed a lease for about 20,000 square feet in the Franklin Square Shopping Center at 206 New Hyde Park Road. The space is currently occupied by a King Kullen supermarket, which will be closing next month. 

Holiday Farms, a locally owned supermarket and caterer, has other stores in Roslyn, Glen Head, Woodbury and Bayside. 

Cary Fabrikant of Breslin Realty represented the tenant, while Robert Delavale served as the in-house representative of landlord the Breslin Organization in the lease transaction.
