LEASE SIGNING: Sexy Crab in Westbury, NY

GARDEN CITY, NY (January 27, 2026) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long term lease with Sexy Crab Cajun Seafood & Bar in Westbury, NY.

Sexy Crab will soon be occupying approximately 4,000 square feet at 1071 Old Country Road. The restaurant is scheduled to open in Summer of 2026.

Anthony Russo of the Breslin organization, represented Sexy Crab on the lease. Clifford Sondock of Spiegel Associates represented the landlord.

Sexy Crab is a Cajun seafood and sushi restaurant known for its fresh seafood boils, sushi, and all-you-can-eat options. They currently operate two other locations, in Levittown and Hicksville.
