LEASE SIGNING: Just Salad in East Meadow, NY

 GARDEN CITY, NY (September 12, 2024) – Breslin Realty is proud to announce the signing of a long-term lease with Just Salad in East Meadow, NY.

Just Salad will occupy approximately 2,500 square feet in the Clearmeadow Plaza shopping center at 2411 Hempstead Turnpike.

Just Salad is a quick-service restaurant chain with over 80 locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. Known for their fresh, customizable salads, wraps, and warm bowls, Just Salad is also home to the world’s largest restaurant reusable program and the first U.S. restaurant chain to carbon label its menu and offer a Climatarian menu category.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.
