GARDEN CITY, NY (August 16, 2018) – Breslin Realty is pleased to announce a short term lease with Party City for their seasonal concepts at Sayville Plaza in Sayville, New York. Sayville Plaza is located at the northwest corner of Sunrise Highway (NY-27) and Johnson Avenue.

Party City will be occupying the former Babies ‘R Us space throughout the entire Halloween and holiday season.
